Meet Hunter:

Hunter is the founder of Mend & Grow, LLC and holds certifications in an Active Release Technique (ART), holistic therapeutic massage (CAMTC), personal fitness training (ACE), corrective exercise specialist (TBMM-CES), and health & wellness coaching (PHI).

His journey on becoming stems from his innate desire to live experientially.

 

Meet Abby Puente

Abby is a multi disciplined practitioner. As a bodyworker Abby integrates movement based massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, and intuition to help facilitate the healing process.

Abby has her BS in Exercise Science and is certified as a personal trainer, massage therapist, wellness coach, yoga teacher, and pilates instructor.

She is deeply committed to her own personal health and wellness practices which are inspired by her studies of yoga, pilates, Ayurveda, and movement.

Meet Joey Beard

Joey’s passion for fitness and coaching stems from his wrestling experience in high school and college.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and has received additional certifications as a Personal Fitness Training from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), as well as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach from the Chek Institute (IMS1).

Joey is a coach to an array of athletes ranging from professional mixed martial arts fighters, marathon runners, and individuals looking to begin their fitness journey. He is also a coach for the Sacramento City College wrestling team.

Meet Nick Troquato

Nick Troquato is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and was a former D1 Wrestler for Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and works with a wide range of clientele including UFC fighters, coaching college athletes, as well as, with special populations.

Nick worked for Kime Performance Physical Therapy for two years before starting his own strength & conditioning practice for individuals and groups. Additionally, he is a coach with the Sacramento City College wrestling team.
